Emta Conductor production lines have certificates, which are:

ICS.29.060.10 (TS EN 60889) Hard-drawn Aluminium Wire for Overhead Line section,
ICS. 29.060.10 (TS EN 50182) Conductors for Overhead Line Round Wire Concentric Lay Stranded

Raw materials
All raw materials are supplied from high qualified and approved suppliers. According to the material, required specifications are determined and transmitted to the supplier. Supplied raw material is investigated to control the conformity of the product according to the technical specifications before accepted in the factory. 

Conductors
Routine Tests (Emta Conductor Test Laboratory)
Sample of individual wires from each length of finished conductor are tested in accordance with major standards like ASTM, IEC, EN, DIN, BS, EN NF-C, UNE and TS regarding customers’ required standard. Individual aluminium and steel wires are tested before stranding.

Sample Tests (Emta Conductor Test Laboratory)
Sample tests shall be carried out on the complete conductor to provide compliance with the standards.

• Construction
• Diameter, lay length and lay ratio
• Ultimate tensile strength test
